Demolition, July 29, 2015:
August 19, 2015- Beautiful morning on site! It is really coming along and looking better all the time. We are looking forward to beginning trenching in utilities!
February 3, 2016- We have been working hard at Sea Road! The first building is up, metal roofing has been installed, the double wall system has been framed, plumbing and heating is being roughed in and our locally milled eastern white cedar siding is being installed. The siding is treated with an all natural wood preservative that will help the wood weather evenly over time to a beautiful, natural golden gray.
